Meet Brent Schneider
Brent’s journey to the courtroom is one defined by excellence, discipline, and service. Before becoming an attorney, Brent served more than twenty years in the United States Army, including roles in Special Operations and front-line infantry. His extraordinary service earned him some of the nation’s highest military honors, including the Silver Star Medal, the Bronze Star Medal with Valor, and a second Bronze Star Medal.
As a Ranger-qualified Master Sergeant and combat medic, Brent trained elite soldiers, collaborated with international partners, and built the leadership, focus, and composure that now shape his legal practice. Today, those same qualities guide his work as a tireless advocate for his clients.
Brent holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy and earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Personal Life
Outside the courtroom, Brent’s greatest pride is his family. He and his wife are raising six children, several of whom were adopted through the foster care system. Their journey has deepened Brent’s passion for helping families navigate difficult transitions and protecting children during life’s most vulnerable moments.
